Thomas Barra, Esq
Thomas Barra brings nearly 30 years of experience exclusively in criminal defense. Over the course of his career, he has represented clients facing some of the most serious charges, including homicide, drug offenses, assault, and DWI, as well as a wide range of offenses under the New York Penal Law.
As a seasoned trial attorney, Thomas has handled hundreds of hearings and trials, achieving an exceptional record of success. His courtroom experience is complemented by a strategic approach that includes the effective use of motions, discovery, and detailed document review to identify weaknesses in the prosecution’s case.
